We want customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy with the service, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions described below.

2. 14-day refund guarantee (first purchase)

For first-time subscription purchases, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee.

Within 14 calendar days from the date of the initial purchase, you may request a full refund if you are not satisfied with the service.

This guarantee applies regardless of the level of usage, provided the request is made in good faith and not in cases of abuse.

3. Subscription renewals

Renewal payments are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that accidental or unintended renewals may occur, and such cases may be reviewed individually.

Customers are responsible for cancelling their subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges.

4. Exceptional situations

Refunds outside the standard policy may be granted at our discretion in cases such as:

  • Technical issues that significantly prevent access to or use of the service
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Other reasonable circumstances where a refund is justified

We aim to handle such cases fairly and in line with customer expectations.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically generate a refund for the current billing period unless eligible under this policy.
